about Dr. Heisser

Dr. Page Lacey Heisser, LMFT, has been a practicing therapist in Lubbock since 2005. She received all three degrees from Texas Tech University, including a bachelor's in English, a master's in Human Development and Family Sciences, and her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2007. She has a broad range of experience working in a variety of settings, including a juvenile justice center, an inpatient addiction treatment and recovery center, and a university counseling center. She has received training in the Gottman method, utilizing four decades of research from renowned psychologists, Drs. John and Julie Gottman.


Married for almost 30 years with two daughters, Dr. Heisser has personal experience with the challenges and joys of marriage and parenting. In addition to private practice, Dr. Heisser teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at Texas Tech University in the College of Human Sciences and is the Director of the Gerontology Program.
